Deadlines, versions and clock changes
The rules that catch people out.
The cutoff
For every market, forecasts for a delivery day must arrive by , whatever the market's own time zone. That's ten minutes before the earliest day-ahead auction results. The time your complete request arrives counts, not a timestamp you send, and anything later is rejected. Signed in, the countdown shows the time left.
Replacing a forecast
You can send again as often as you like before the cutoff. Each send becomes a new version (v1, v2…), only the latest one is scored, and the earlier ones stay in your history. Before the cutoff you can also cancel a pending forecast; it stays in your history as cancelled.
Clock-change days
Periods are matched by their UTC start time, which is how the two 02:00 hours are told apart.
Prices and limits
These are the limits the service enforces right now, for the website and the API alike.
